“Project Aiding the Kaixian County” was initiated on October 10, 2008 simultaneously at Fengle Community and Qukou Town, with the participation of leaders of the two towns and related villages, Chairman Ren Xuping, Director Qing He of Sanxiaqing Fruit Cooperative in Danling County and Chairman Yi Xingyou of Shuxiang Agriculture Development Corporation in Zigong city.
      After the ceremony, the three, Ren, Qing and Yi, presented a directed training to 128 households of farmers, in response to the request from the Sichuan Resettlement Office.
