May 2, 2010, “Love and Hope” Sino and Korean Cultural Exchange Activities on an occasion of Dayi Xinchang Opening Ceremony was held in Dayi Xinchang, co-sponsored by the Dayi Xinchang government, Women Entrepreneurs Association of Sichuan Industry and Commerce Federation, Global Village Hope Community of Korean NGO, and Rabbit King Research Center of Poverty Alleviation; Co-undertaken by the Sichuan Xuping Rabbit Industry, DeAGE Cosmetics and Korean CEDOR Leather Company. Splendid benefit performances, representing the national level, done by volunteers of Korean entertainment industry were initiated by Korean Asia News Press. Korean taekwondo delegates, who just visited Singapore, presented an excellent performance. Shin JeongSeop, a famous Korean singer, sang the theme song, “I Believe” of the film Sassy Girl and her master work “Pan So Li”, which has been successfully applied for world cultural heritage. Park DooRee, Korean first player of electronic viola, played her master work Arirang. All the Korean delegates sang the Chinese song Friends, although their Chinese pronunciation was not so good but full of passion and friendship to China. You Ling, a member of the Women Entrepreneurs Association showed her professional level by singing Good Luck. Qing Fang, a new member of the Association expressed her amateur level by singing the song Small Path. The Qingchentg Taiji played by Yang Man, one Association member, and her husband won the applause of the Korean people. The art flower arrangement shown by the Association member Liu Yin and her works of Perfect Success, Birds and Flowers, and Go Hand-in-Hand, demonstrated the connotation of the activities. The Erhu solo of August Flowery played by Little Yuanyuan of the Sichuan Xuping Rabbit Industry (member Enterprise of the Association) just echoed the Longing For played by Lee Kyun-myung using Korean traditional instrument Xi Qin. All the performances, 11 by Korean players and 5 by the Women Entrepreneurs Association, made the ceremony climax one after another and left behind infinite reminiscence. 
           
     The activities were highly valued by the Sichuan Industry and Commerce Federation---Zhong Jialin, the secretary general, visited the image shop of rabbit meat products of the Xuping Rabbit Industry and its Science and Technology Park; Chairman Qian Weidong, the direct leader of the Women Entrepreneurs Association, scrutinized the programs and even actors lines; participants included also Sun Guangze, vice chairman of Chengdu Industry and Commerce Federation, Sun Ning and Zhang Yuan from the Provincial United Front Work Department, Liu Wenzhong, deputy secretary general of the Sichuan Industry and Commerce Federation, and some other leaders including Long Yuxiang, the Party secretary of the Xinchang Town of Dayi.

    The activities got attention and reports by news media, such as Korean Asia Economic Press, Sichuan TV, Chengdu TV, Dayi TV, Sichuan Daily, China Times of Industry and Commerce, Sichuan Merchants Journal and New Sichuan Merchants Journal.
