April 20, 2010, Chairman Ren Xuping, at the invitation from Sichuan Staff and Workers University of Science and Technology, made a key lecture at the training class to raise the comprehensive administrative abilities of outstanding college-graduate village leaders of Ganzi and Aba areas. His theme was about the creative road of China Rabbit King and the creative plan of university graduates, in order to encourage those leaders to lead farmers to form an industrial structure of “one village one brand” or “multi-villages one brand” on the road to help farmers increase their income. His speech was an encouragement for them to incubate their creation, which was warmly welcomed by the participants.
