October 26, 2009, Chairman Ren Xuping, invited as a distinguished guest by the Sichuan Cadres Department of the Party Committee, presented an innovation training to over 200  university students, who are going to be village cadres,at the Third Sichuan Village Cadre Training Class of University Students.
