April 10, 2009, a ceremony was held in the Science Park of the Xuping Rabbit Industry to start the Community Study Center of Dayi, co-established by the Microsoft Corporation, Fuping School and the Rabbit King Research Center of Poverty Alleviation.

    Participants of the ceremony are Mr. Akhtar Badshah, President of Global Community Affairs, Microsoft Corporation; Mr. Hong Jun, Inspector-general of Microsoft Corporation (China); Mr. Shen Dongshu, head of Beijing Fuping School; Mrs. Li Qi, Development  Supervisor of Small Loan Department of China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation; and Mr. Ren Xuping, Chairman of Xuping Rabbit Industry.

    The ceremony is chaired by Mrs. Zhang Shuping, Director of the Rabbit King Research Center of Poverty Alleviation, aside by Mr. Zhang Jian, Vice Chairman of the Dayi Political Consultative Conference and Mrs. Xu Jiabo, Deputy Chief of Dayi Agriculture Development Bureau, with media, such as Sichuan Economy Daily, Sichuan News Net following the event. 
   

    Mr. Akhtar Badshah and other VIP guests awarded certificates to the first batch of trainees and visited the class room of the community study center and the training center at the Jueshi Village.
