   Sichuan Xuping Rabbit Industrial Corporation, located in the industrial park of the Dayi County in Chengdu, which is rich in natural and human resources, is created by Mr. Ren Xuping. The Corporation presides over the Xuping Technical School of Rabbit Raising, Xuping Fine Rabbit Species Farm, Xuping Model Park of Rabbit Science and Technology, Xuping Food Company Ltd, Xuping Fur Industry, Rabbit King Research Center of Poverty Relief, and the Ai-nong Farmers' Special Cooperation of Rabbit Breeding.

   The Corporation is the number one of the same field in the southwest China in terms of economies of scale, with a total area of 5.2 hectares and an aggregate construction area of 220,000 square meters, plus 66.7 hectares of cultivated grassland. It has helped directly and indirectly over 150,000 rural families to get rid of poverty relying on raising scientifically rabbits. It has boosted strongly a sustainable, fast and exuberant development of rabbit breeding industry, through a nation-wide transmission of rabbit development technology, popularizing rabbits of fine species and organizing the making, processing and selling of rabbit products. All those have generated greatly economic, social and ecologic benefits.
   Mr. Ren Xuping, male, ethnic Han, born in March 1967, is a livestock expert, listed in the Chengdu Expert Library. He is well known in China as a master of rabbit breeding, an educator of farmers and an entrepreneur. He is the chairman of the Sichuan Xuping Rabbit Industrial Corporation, the executive of new projects of the international heifer organization, vice secretary-general of the Chinese Youth Entrepreneurs Association of Rural Area and Townships, executive director of the rabbit branch of the Chinese Livestock Association, deputy director of governing of the rabbit industry committee of the Sichuan Livestock and Vet Society, executive member of the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice chairman of Board of Trade of Sichuan Agro-industrialization, executive director of Sichuan Technical Innovation Foundation, member of Chengdu Municipal Peoples’ Congress, executive member of Dayi People’s Political Consultative Conference, and chairman of Dayi Rabbit Breeding Association.
    Mr. Ren Xuping has engaged for more than 20 years in technical education and scientific researches in breeding, cultivating and spreading    fine species of rabbits. He has pushed processing and selling of livestock produces, so bringing along over 300,000 his trainees to pursue rabbit development, all those totally having generated over 8 billion RMB of social benefits. The project, "Introduction of Fine-species Meat Rabbit and its hybridization and Industrialization Mode", has won a third award of the science and technology achievements set up by Chengdu city government. The project has been included in the national sparkling program and advocated all over China.
     In the last over 20 years, Mr. Ren Xuping has devoted all his valuable experiences to the society. He has published over 600 articles in newspapers and magazines such as "Livestock and Vet", "Journal of China Rabbit Breeding", "Report on Sichuan Science and Technology" and "Sichuan Countryside". His publications "100 Questions on Domestic Rabbit Breeding" and "New Applicable Techniques on Meat Rabbit" have been designated, by the Ministry of Agriculture, as engineering books and included in the" China Countryside Library?Myriad Village Books "  Those books have been issued about 2 million volumes.
    Ren Xuping has been ever invited by the Royalty Program Office of Thailand and the Agriculture Ministry of the People’s Republic of Korea to give lectures over in their countries. He has contributed his technology as well as fine-species rabbits to Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and some other southeastern Asian countries. He has got reputation in making exchanges of China rabbit breeding with other countries of the world. He has also laid a foundation for rabbit produces in the world market.
    Mr. Ren Xuping is exploring a "Movement of Sichuan Pasture", the practice of which is like tiles overlapped each other, in some villages and townships in combination of building up new countryside, to encourage strongly one family to help another and one village to help another to get rid of poverty by raising rabbits. He is endeavoring to help farmers to solve start-up capital, technology and market problems in forming industrial zones of large scale, high standard, high integration and high intensification, with the characteristics of one (several) village(s) having one famous brand and one (several) township(s) possessing one outstanding industry. He uses the theory of "Petty Farmer Development Plan" to help farmers to build up a scientific family development concept. He has put forward for the first time in his field the concept as "livestock breeding should be developed in harmony with environment", and he is carrying out and promoting the mode of "animal breeding in accordance with ecological chains". He is advocating the construction of "happy and healthy animal breeding farm", to strive for a harmonious development of human being, nature, economy and the society.
       Ren Xuping has got over 50 laurels, including"the golden talent award from the international heifer organization", "the national youth pacesetter in science learning and applying", "the national new long march model", "the scientific and technological wealth expert of the national sparkling program", "award of China agro-science education", "the model worker of Sichuan Province"and so on. He has got interviews and solicitudes from the national leaders such as Deng Xiaoping, Wanli, Tan Qilong, Wang Zhaoguo, Yang Rudai and others. His stories have been reported by many domestic and foreign media, such as "Peoples Daily", "Guangming Daily", the US "Wall Street Journal", Australian "Sydney Morning Herald", "China Central TV", the US " CNN" and "Thai national independent television stations". His pictures, demonstrating his efforts to realize a positive cycling development of industries and undertake actively social responsibilities in leading tens of thousands of Chinese farmers to develop, have been displayed in UN FAO for a month, where he started to be known as the "China's Rabbit King".
